Returns

1. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Condition Option: Returns are only accepted for items that have not been used, washed, or damaged. Products must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

4. Return Process: To initiate the refund/exchange process, please WhatsApp us at 03082655183. For certain cases, you may need to upload pictures of the item to support your return request.

Refunds

5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

6. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

7. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
